We are a Christ-centered ministry offering counseling, support, and help for families and individuals in crisis or who are struggling in life and seeking freedom from depression, anxiety and all the things that keep people from experiencing the life Jesus promised; a life that will promote spiritual and emotional healing and growth. You may be a spouse, a parent, an adult child, or a sibling of someone who is in crisis or you're just tired of being stuck.

A crisis can come in many ways:

  • Marital problems

  • Mental illness

  • Incarceration

  • Suicide

  • Death

  • Abuse

  • Addiction

At New Heart Living, we are committed to address individual issues that affect the body, soul, and spirit with Christ-centered solutions and truths that will bring encouragement and hope, as well as practical tools to help in times of great difficulty, whether in crisis or not.

In addition to individual and couples counseling support and help, we offer ministry consultation, church support, and training to individuals and other offices and counseling centers who have adopted the New Heart Living approach and retreat or conference speakers.

A Book For Such A Time As This…

This is a story about walking through the valleys of life and allowing God to use them as a classroom of higher learning, not the kind you get at a prestigious university, bible school, or seminary, but on your face before God. For many of us, life in the valley can be so overwhelming and painful that we do everything we can to quickly and eagerly find the nearest exit. By so doing, we miss the greatest opportunities that lie before us.

Class Description…

This class is designed to help people understand the ways in which they function codependently. We will cover all the ways that codependency creates and fosters unhealthy relationships in marriage, with family members, and friends. We will identify biblical texts that are so often taken out of context and misunderstood that make our relationships so unhealthy. To register, you will need to call Yolanda at 703-216-4928 and give your credit card information to secure your place in class. The 8-weeks costs $300 for a couple and $200 for an individual. You can pay in installments or in full.
